拿熊熊~
韓國媳婦最忙碌了,大長今女主角李英愛要忙著洗手作羹湯。
老師,韓國人過年都穿得非常鮮豔亮麗。其中我最喜歡這一件衣服,好可愛啊!

第二節課,堯堯老師介紹什麼是文房四寶。
這是什麼呀?筆、墨、紙、硯。
Josh覺得迎接羊年要寫羊字最有意思。

Wilson是第一次拿毛筆嗎?非常緊張謹慎的樣子。
Kitty猶豫很久不知道要寫什麼,她說:老師我這樣筆有拿直嗎?
Wilson畫了一隻羊之後,他想寫如意,請老師幫忙拉一下。
Maggie畫的羊字實在是太可愛了!
這一節課,我們藉由老師給的講義還搭配投影機,可以欣賞馬來西亞、韓國、日本明星們,和他們新年不同的服裝。
我們寫的成品很可愛吧!希望羊年事事如意!
Ingredients for strawberry jam

We are ready to bake some bread!

Seeing yeast for the first time!
add 2 tablespoons of yeast onto our flour mixture
add 2 tablespoons of sugar
2 Cups of hot water
Add a quarter cup of oil~
Now, we need to mix it all until all ingredients are well combined

Now, the dough is smooth and elastic!
Instead of the traditional way, we use the leavening function in the oven to let the dough rise!

Add 2 tablespoons of flour~
